What is a DISCOVERY SESSION?

Before I ever sign on new clients, I offer a free discovery session. The purpose of these sessions is for us to get to know each other. I’ll tell you all about who I am, what I do, and what you can expect during our time together. Then, we’ll dive into you and your story.

One of the biggest reasons why I love what I do so much is because of people’s stories. We’re all here and trying to make sense of this chaotic life together, and the reflections of my clients have been so valuable in my own life.

My sessions typically run longer than your average therapist or coach. That’s because I believe it takes more time to get into deep spaces, and that’s where the magic happens. Plan on a couple of hours of time for your initial discovery session.
